A complete flint scraper of Mesolithic date 8300-3500 BC. The lithic is sub-rectangular with an abruptly blunted proximal end and ovate distal edge. The dorsal surface is comprised of four predominant negative scars with corresponding arrises. There is cortex present along the right hand edge with smaller amounts present on the left hand side which is bisected by a negative scar on the mesial portion. There is some invasive retouch to the distal edge. The ventral surface concave with cracking ripples running from the proximal to distal end.
The flint is dark grey with cream inclusions throughout the cortex is a dark cream colour.
