An almost complete Medieval/Post Medieval cast copper alloy rowel Spur, circa 1450 AD - 1700 AD. Both arms survive but one is broken halfway down, the profile is "D" shaped in section and is at maximum width at the centre back. The neck extends upwards and outwards from this point to the Rowel Box, half of which survives in good condition but the rowel is missing. The spur shares similarities with PUBLIC-761145, HESH-AC5077 and SUSS-EF66E6. The length is 100 mm and the width 60mm.
