A complete Late Mesolithic to Early Neolithic lithic implement.
This implement is sub-rectangular in plan and has been made on a large secondary blade. The dorsal surface has five main flake removals and has been crudely worked at the distal end to form a cutting edge. The ventral surface is uneven and knapping features are lost due to thermal fracturing over most of the surface. One side has an area of buff cortex.
The dorsal surface is reddish brown and the ventral surface is greyish green with tinges of red.
