Cast copper alloy piece bow Colchester brooch length 34mm, width 24mm, thickness 12.5mm, weight 5.99g. At the rear back of the head is a double pierced lug for the spring (now missing). Small rectangular wings flank the head. The bow is plains and the catch plate is truncated.
