An Early Post-Medieval copper alloy coin weight, probably continental and dating to the 16th or 17th century. It measures 9x11x2mm and weighs 4.33g. The coin weight is worn, very corroded and illegible.

Obverse: Device within 14mm beaded circle

This coin weight would have been used to check the weight of a gold coin of about 5g.
