A Medieval cast copper-alloy suspension mount for a harness pendant. It is rectangular in shape with a d-shaped section and is decorated with a series of transverse lines. At the top of the back face is an integral circular rivet. The mount is folded over at the base and is divided into two loops with a space between for the suspension ring of the pendant. A corroded iron bar remains horizontally in situ between these. There are traces of gilding on the face of the mount. The object measures 30.72mm in length, 8.41mm in width, 2.12mm in thickness and weighs 5.31g.
