A copper alloy Colchester derivative Polden Hill (flat wing ends type, Midlandf Mackreth 2011, Chapter 3, Part 3, CD PH3, dating AD 80-120. The brooch is incomplete; most of the bow is present as are the wings, but the foot of the bow and catchplate is missing, as is the coiled spring and the pin. There is minimal decoration on the bow that consists of several horizontal line across the top of the bow only.
