A copper alloy Medieval buckle frame. It has a similar shape to Meols type 2, a simple oval frame, with an angled outside edge. The bar is narrowed and offset with knops to top and bottom. A fragmne to the pin loop still articulates around the bar, though the pin itself is missing due to old breaks. The frame measures 13.30mm in length, 20.95mm in width and weighs 2.97g.
