A fragment of a Medieval lead alloy seal matrix dating from 1200 - 1400 AD. Only the top of the pointed oval (vessica) shaped seal survives. There is a rectangular lug on the reverse, which is not completely pierced. The only letters visible are "[...]AI". Compare NCL-A70B82 for example.
