A fragment of a Medieval ceramic vessel handle from a jug dating from about 1200-1500 AD. The fabric is a dull buff red with splashes of clear glaze. The fabric is hard with a fine texture; it has sparse small inclusions, possibly sand or quartz. Only the upper part of the strap handle survives.
