Cast copper alloy pin dating to the Early Medieval period, (400-1066AD). The object has a polyhedral head, with ten faces. The four larger faces around the circumference has a central circular depression . The shaft is circular in cross-section and measures 2mm in diameter. The head is 4mm wide and 6mm long. The pin is complete, but bent in several places, and has a green patina. A similar example which can be found on the database is LVPL-54A6A0.
