The seal matrix is a pointed oval bearing a simple cruciform ear of wheat on the face and an uncertain inscription: S'EADEL...

The 'A' and the 'D' are ligated.

The opposite face also is decorated with a double-armed cross, in which the arms have scrolling terminals.
