A copper-alloy buckle with two loop and an integral plate between. One loop is oval in plan and the other is oval with an expanded straight edge. The integral plate is rectangular in plan and shallowly plano-convex in cross-section. A circular hole is located on the plate near the end that terminates with the loop with the straight edge. An integral stud projects from the centre of the underside of the plate.
