A Post-medieval copper alloy pin with shank. The pinhead is globular, formed from two halves, which have split open to reveal a hollow centre (now filled with soil). There is no discernable decoration on the pinhead. The incomplete shank extends from a collar beneath the pinhead, from which extends a circular-sectioned pin 21.98mm in length. 16th century AD.
