A complete cast lead or lead alloy circular double-sided token of post-Medieval to Modern date (c. 1500-c. 1850 AD).
The token has a raised initial letters on one side: C S and a lattice work pattern on the other side.
Diameter: 16.38mm. Weight: 2.76g.
Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally, they are therefore hard to date precisely but those with initials are thought to date c.1500-1850 AD).
