A middle-late early-medieval copper-alloy pin. The head is sub-oval or 'racquet-shaped' though there is damage at the top. Both sides are decorated with three ring and dot motifs with the central dot being an openwork hole. There is no collar below the head. The shank is circular in cross-section and tapers to the break.
