The strap end is tongue-shaped with two circular rivet holes at the split attachment end. The body is decorated with three elongated triangular panels, each in turn decorated with incised swirls terminating with pointed oval shaped leaves. The terminal is in the form of a beasts head seen from above. The ears are formed by two large swirls or scrolls, with recessed around the interior.
