An early Roman enamelled copper-alloy disc brooch. The brooch is circular, flat and decorated with a ring of reserve metal in the centre and a a wavey band of six loops around it. The field outside the band is filled with black enamel; the fields within are empty. Two lugs securing a hinged pin are located on the reverse, as is a catchplate.
