This coin was discovered close to the hoard of gold staters from Stixwould recorded as Treasure reference number 2008 T489, but not close enough to be certain of a direct relationship between the two. The spread of the original hoard as recorded by GPS by FLO also argues against this coin being part of the original hoard.
