A copper alloy repair patch, or folded rivet, from a Medieval to Post Medieval vessel. It is subrectangular in plan. It is folded from a lozenged shaped sheet, with two opposing ends folding inwards towards the centre, and then the pointed ends folded outwards again. The patch has a dark green patina. These were used to fill small splits in sheet vessels. It measures 26.23 mm L x 16.27 mm W x 4.24 mm TH and weighs 2.76 g.
