The scraper is oval in plan and pointed oval in cross-section with a flat striking platform at the proximal end. The ventral surface is smooth and it is difficult to see a bulb of percussion, though on is clearly visible on a smaller flake scar that runs from the striking platform. The smooth surface of the ventral surface may indicate that this is a worked pot-lid. The edge of the flake is abraded but small patches of retouch are visible. The flint is a chalky-white colour. The flint is probably Neolithic or Bronze Age in date.","","","2011-12-05 10:33:22","2011-12-05 10:35:00","4","","1","","","","","","1","1","1","1","","","1","1","","adaubney","Adam Daubney","LIN","adaubney","Adam Daubney","Flint","","","","Knapped/flaked","","Complete","","Certain","NEOLITHIC","BRONZE AGE","","Chance find during metal detecting",""," Adam Daubney",""," Adam Daubney","LINCOLNSHIRE","ROPSLEY AND HUMBY","SOUTH KESTEVEN","","","","SK9827","SK9827","SK92NE","","","","","","","From Finder","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","359044","LIN2011-1271.jpg","images/adaubney/",
