An incomplete Anglo-Saxon copper alloy cruciform brooch dating to the sixth century. The headplate is rectangular and divided into three smaller rectangular panels with the central one raised from the flanking panels. The left and right hand edge of the central panel is decorated with punched crescents. The top and bottom edges of the flanking panels are slope gently inwards. The side knops are half rounded, collared and cast integrally to the headplate. The bow is faceted, arched and broken at the base. A pin lug is located in the centre of the reverse and is surrounded by iron corrosion. The top part of the catchplate remains.
