A cast copper alloy strap or harness fitting, dating from the post-medieval period. The mount is roughly circular in plan, having a floral design with four main petals, and five pellets arranged in a cross in the centre; the outer edges of the mount are crenellated and the whole bears resemblance to a Tudor rose. The reverse is plain but retains the remains of two small attachment prongs. This mount dates from c. AD 1500-1700.
