It is circular in plan and subtriangule in section, with the exterior forming two faces the meet in the centre (semi-biconical). There is a single moulded line that runs along the base of the ring. It is in fair condition, being whole, but it is corroded, with pitting along the most of the surface; very little of the original surface remains. It measures 23.70 mm DIA x 4.76 mm H x 2.74 mm Th and weighs 3.67 g. Copper alloy rings like this one have been used through-out history for everything from harness fittings to clothes fittings, and can be difficult to date.
