COIN

Unique ID: KENT-693123

Object type certainty: Certain

A struck silver Medieval penny of uncertain ruler and mint. Possibly North 96, or 968. The coin is clipped in half along the short cross on the reverse. The coin is corroded and difficult to read; it is possible that it is class 4, as there are pellets visible in the obverse field that may belong to a beard. It measures 19.79 mm DIA x 8.58 mm W x 0.81 mm TH and weighs 0.63 g.
