A complete Cast unifaced circular lead token. The token is decorated on the obverse side with the initial of a capital B . The reverse is blank. The token is 19.88mm in diameter, 2.12mm thick and weighs 4.4grams. Lead tokens with simple designs are very easy to make and continued in use for a long period; those with initials are generally thought to date to the post medieval period. (1500-1800 AD).
