A cast copper-alloy Hauheim type bow brooch of 1st century BC-1st century AD date.<\/p>\n
The brooch is incomplete, missing some of the spring, pin, and catchplate. The entire brooch has been cast in one, with two coils of the spring remaining. The bow is broadest at the head, which forms hooks up from the spring then tapers down to the foot.
