Further, Geake (ibid., 74) suggests that the broadly hexagonal cross-section which this ring possesses probably indicates a medieval date; it is bevelled externally and internally at the edge. This ring has a maximum internal diameter of 19.97mm. It has a dark-grey patina with small areas of off-white corrosion product and pitting, with an abraded area at one point of the circumference. Both flat surfaces and bevelled areas are covered in file marks.","","","2011-06-22 13:47:03","2011-06-22 13:50:00","4","","1","1985-01-01","1988-01-01","","","","1","1","1","1","","","","","","acooper","Amy Downes","SWYOR","acooper","Amy Downes","Copper alloy","","","","Cast","","Complete","Fair","Certain","MEDIEVAL","POST MEDIEVAL","","Metal detector","","Mr Wakefield Volunteer","Ms Amy Downes","Ms Amy Downes","SOUTH YORKSHIRE","BRIERLEY","BARNSLEY","","","","SE4209","SE4209","SE40NW","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","333878","PAS_1427_harness_ring.jpg","images/acooper/",
