Object type certainty: Certain
A complete struck / hammered copper alloy nummus of House of Constantine (307 to 361 AD), minted in Trier between 330 and 335 AD.
Diameter: 16.91mm
Thickness: 1.82mm
Weight: 2.1 grams.
Coin was photographed.
Notes:
Originally submitted as part of a dispersed hoard (2010T211 / LVPL-305E93). However the hoard has the appearance of an accumulation of losses from different periods over the course of the second, third and fourth centuries AD. The coins were therefore not deposited together as a hoard, and instead form a series of technically separate finds as a result of random deposition over a period of time. Therefore the coins have been recorded individually.
