The horsehead terminal of the foot is all that remains, from the collar below a panel. The horsehead has two protrusions serving as eyes or ears on the upper 'head', with a flat snout bearing a rounded now and flared nostrils, which appear as semi-circular projects to the sides of the snout with circular perforations rather than the hooked variety. An incised line runs down each side of the snout.

The underside is flat with an oblong concavity on the underside of the snout. At the very top of the reverse, near the abraded break is the base of a catchplate.","","","2011-03-23 11:02:32","2011-03-23 11:03:00","4","","1","2010-11-01","2010-11-30","","","","1","1","1","1","","","1","1","","rcollins","Robert Collins","NCL","rcollins","Robert Collins","Copper alloy","","","Zoomorphic","Cast","","Fragment","","Certain","EARLY MEDIEVAL","EARLY MEDIEVAL","Anglo-Saxon","Metal detector","","Dr Robert Collins","","Dr Robert Collins","EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE","FANGFOSS","EAST RIDING OF YORKSHIRE","","","","SE7552","SE7552","SE75SE","","","","","","","From Finder","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","321717","IMG_6123.jpg","images/rcollins/",
