AD1600-1800. It is one half of a set of clasp, this one having a rectangular perforation instead of a hook. It is butterfly-wing-shaped with three rivets on the reverse, at the opposite end of the rectangular perforation, and a stamped decoration on the obverse. The stamped decoration is composed of circlet-filled ribbons.
