Only the blade end survives, which is broken along a roughly vertical axis across the head. The break appears to be caused by shattering rather than being the result of intentional destruction. The blade-edge is a sharp wide crescent with the terminals extending approximately 9mm high from edge of the break. The surface of the axe is smooth and appears to be relatively unworn. The axe has a mid-brown patina.","","","2011-03-09 16:05:32","2011-03-09 16:20:00","4","","1","","","","","","1","1","1","1","","","2","","","adaubney","Adam Daubney","LIN","adaubney","Adam Daubney","Copper alloy","","","","Cast","","Incomplete","","Certain","BRONZE AGE","","","Metal detector",""," Adam Daubney",""," Adam Daubney","LINCOLNSHIRE","","NORTH KESTEVEN","","","","","TF0749","TF04NE","","","","","","Leasingham","From Map","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","","319981","LIN2011-257.jpg","images/adaubney/",
