A Neolithic polished stone axehead (3500-2100BC). The axehead is sub-triangular in plan with a facetted cutting edge. It is of Hachette form and probably had a sleeve made from antler, bone or wood. The cutting edge is assymetrical showing either wear or damage to one corner.<\/p>
