The panel is rectangular with a twisted rope pattern border.  The panel is infilled with an openwork symmetrical pattern.  The pattern comprises a central panel with scrolling filling the rest of the space.  There are two small rectangular slots arranged along one edge; probably to connect this panel to other sections.  On two opposing side of the panel there is further decorative scroll work with a flower terminal on each corner.  The lead alloy has traces of nature's gilding tin sulphides on the surface.
