An Early Medieval bone object, probably an incomplete weaving sword (AD410-1066). The bone has been worked to form a flat sub-rectangular slab that tapers slightly to from a curved butt with a drilled hole that does not fully extend through the bone. The opposite end is straight.<\/p>
