The bone has been worked to form a flat sub-rectangular slab that tapers slightly to from a curved butt with a drilled hole that does not fully extend through the bone.  The opposite end is straight.


A similar shaped object, but without the semi-perforation, is illustrated in MacGregor (1985: 186 fig 101).
