This bone point has been crudely worked on the long bone of an animal; one end has been roughly shaped to form a point. There is some evidence of wear on the point and burning at the opposite end. There is no evidence of wear where the point would be held which is unusual unless it was used as a burnisher. The opposite end to the point is broken, possibly across a perforation. There is no wear around the perforation and bone points with perforations tend to be worked to a higher standard. Dimensions: length: 110.42mm; width: 13.27mm; thickness: 6.08mm; weight: 6.62g.
