A Roman ceramic base sherd from a Samian vessel, probably from La Graufesenque, South Gaulish dated AD43-110. This sherd includes the foot ring and maker's stamp on the upper surface. The maker's stamp reads "OFVIRILLI" which probably refers to the Officina (workshop) run by Virilis ii.
