It has been finely knapped. The object is oval in shape and sub-rectangular in section although the depth tapers from one end of the object to the other. The curved edge showing signs of extensive retouch and working. The retouch is shallow. The striking platform and bulb of percussion both survive and ripples of percussion can clearly be seen.
