A Roman copper alloy Nauheim derivative brooch, the bow of which may have been bent into a hook at some later time. There are three turns of the spring and a flat cross-sectioned undecorated bow. A small scrap of the top of the catch plate is present but the end of the bow is missing. The pin is also missing.
