The strap end consists of a forked spacer with two prongs forming a V-shape which terminate is a long collared knop. Two rectangular plates of equal length are attached to the forked spacer by two rivets. The plates taper and narrow to accommodate the beginning of the collar. The metal is a mid brownish-green colour and is worn. The strap end is 36.1mm long, 8.8mm wide, 4.1mm thick and weighs 5.1g. Similar examples can be seen in Egan & Pritchard, p.144, fig.94.
