The main plate is a moulded openwork design consisting of sixteen small holes around an equal armed cross with central pellet within a linear circle. From one edge of the hooked tag the rectangular attachment loop projects. The hook no longer remains and the hook is worn. The reverse of the object is flat and undecorated. The metal is a mid brownish-green colour and is worn. The hooked tag is 21.5mm long, 15.7mm wide, 1.8mm thick and weighs 1.3g. A parallel can be seen in Read, p.99, no.370.
