The main plate is flat and circular with four punched attachment holes and five indented dots forming an equal armed cross within the circles. The hook no longer remains and the breaks are worn. The reverse of the object is flat and undecorated. The metal is a light brownish-green colour and is worn. The hooked tag is 20.9mm long, 19.3mm wide, 1.2mm thick and weighs 1.5g.
