A Medieval or Post Medieval complete cast uniface circular lead alloy token, c. AD 1250-1800. Powell Type 1. The token is decorated with a six-petalled flower with a pellet in each petal and a pellet in between each petal. The reverse is blank. The token is 20.31mm in diameter, 2.23mm thick and weighs 3.9grams. Tokens with such simple designs are very easy to make and continued in use for a long period; therefore a general date of c.1250-1800 AD is given.
