Probably 1562-1586. Copper alloy - brass, probable Nuremberg jetton of Hans Kraulwinkel I. Length 26.9mm, Width 26.3mm, Thickness 1.7mm, Diameter 26.9mm, Weight 5.9g. Obverse: Probable lion of Saint Mark. Inscription: Illegible. Reverse: Orb within ornate tressure. Inscription: Illegible. Mint name: Nuremberg. Moneyer: Hans Kraulwinkel. Extremely worn and corroded surfaces, slightly corroded/rounded edges but there is a patch of orange/brown patina in the central section of both the obverse and reverse sides. Ref.
