No. - 18687; EMC number 2009.0173) was found in Oxfordshire.  These findspots would seem to affirm the suggestion of Southampton as the mint.  This is echoed in the fifteen coins (including the Oxfordshire coin mentioned) recorded on the EMC, although the larger sample (inevitably) has more outliers.
