The toggle is worn, corroded and badly pitted resulting in the lost of some of the surface. The toggle is comprised of two semi-spherical balls joined by a narrowed collar. Around the circumference of each ball (along the narrower collar) are two further wide collars. The metal is a dark greenish-brown colour and is worn.
