The toggle has a large discoid terminal from which two curving arms project; each of these has a oval discoid terminal which are perforated. There are traces of iron corrosion remaining in one of the perforations suggesting that originally there was an iron bar which passed through both terminals. On the upper surface of the central terminal there is a circular concave cell. The copper alloy has an even dark green patina.

Dimensions: length: 21.28mm; width: 24.51mm; thickness: 7.50mm; diameter of central terminal: 13.82mm; weight: 11.33g.
