A copper alloy coin weight probably for a British Unite and dating from 1604 – 1619. It is square in shape but also heavily corroded. The edges are angled, so one face is smaller than the other. The design can only be seen on the larger face; it is a half length figure of a King facing right. It has a length of 17.08mm, width 16.75mm, thickness 5.61mm, weight 8.66g. For reference see P and B Withers 1995. Lions, Ships and Angels p. 25.
