Harness Boss. Circular plate, with raised central boss, which is ribbed into two sections. Double inscribed parallel lines around circumference of outside edge of plate and base of boss. Single inscribed line around circumference of top of boss. with dot at summit. Three evenly spaced floral iron rivets on main plate. Each flower with eight petals and double circle centre. Square iron bolt (one missing) holding each rivet in place.
